These are some of the issues that we have had with (some) artists:
- I entered my phone number wrong. (I didn't get to approve my page.)
- I put the wrong email / misspelled my email. (I didn't get to approve my page.)
- I used my personal / business email, but I never check it. (I didn't get to approve my page.)
- I changed my email. (I didn't get to approve my page.)
ALL OF THESE THINGS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. THESE ARE THE THINGS THAT CAUSE DELAYS FOR OTHER ARTISTS.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disruption and inconvenience caused by these delays.
We want to reassure you that our company is committed to integrity and transparency.
That said, we understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. However, we kindly request that you refrain from using terms like "scam" on social media. Such assertions can be harmful to our reputation and the community we've worked hard to build. Rest assured; we are doing everything in our power to rectify the situation.
You've seen many artists featured in our magazines posting their magazine along with each cover star posting the magazines with their frames.

We also included the definition of the word "slander" so endure that anyone who may intended to make false statements online about the legitimacy of our business is aware of the definition of the words they are using.
