Why We Were Temporarily Closed
In late 2023, we received our largest order to date, which was an exciting milestone for us. We shipped all 2,000+ copies of issue 23 as soon as they arrived.
However, as we shipped, we began receiving chargebacks for magazines from issue 23 that had already been delivered.
Initially, there were only a few chargebacks, but the cases quickly multiplied. As a result, our credit card processor froze our account, requiring tracking and delivery data to lift the hold.
Unfortunately, because USPS and UPS only retain tracking details for 3-6 months, we were unable to provide sufficient evidence due to the timing of these claims.

The $18,000 Financial Impact
This situation quickly escalated, resulting in a wave of chargebacks on issues 24-27. To date, these chargebacks and associated fees have cost us over $18,000.
This financial burden has required us to temporarily close the magazine department while we sort through and resolve these issues.
As a result of the credit card processor freezing our account, we are currently unable to process refunds. The funds tied to the chargebacks are being held by the processor and cannot be accessed until the situation is resolved. We understand the inconvenience this causes and are working diligently to address the issue.

What’s Next for the Magazine Department
We are working hard to get back on track and anticipate resuming operations in the first half of 2025.
In the meantime, please note that our other departments, including clothing sales and online seminars, will remain fully operational. This means you will continue to see us online promoting and selling products during the time we are working to fix the magazine department.
