Instagram Down

Hi everyone,

We wanted to personally reach out and let you know that our main Instagram account was unexpectedly deactivated by Instagram on Christmas Eve.

We are actively working through the appeal process to get it restored as quickly as possible.

While this is frustrating, we want to be very clear:

  • Our business is active

  • Our website and email are unchanged

  • Magazine production is still our top priority

? Our new backup Instagram page is @inkjunkeyztv.

We will be actively building that page while we work to restore the main account. Please follow us there so you don’t miss updates.

We kindly ask please do not contact your bank or assume anything is wrong simply because our main Instagram is currently offline. Doing so can create a chain reaction that affects other artists and can delay magazine production across the board.

To give you transparency, this situation means we are currently:

  • Re-following hundreds of accounts once restored

  • Re-texting and re-emailing contacts manually

  • Continuing to design, edit, and finalize magazines

  • Responding to a high volume of messages with a very small team (just two of us)

This may cause slower email responses, but please know we are here, active, and working through everything as quickly as possible.
