Please sign your release form and email it to documents@thetattooindustry.com as soon as possible. You can print, sign, and scan or take a picture with your camera phone. Also, you can download the “Sign Easy” app on your phone or tablet and sign it in the app.

- 2 photos of you
- 5 tattoos
Please make sure to view the image submission guidelines before submitting your images.
We will only be using 2-3 images of tattoos on your page so please make sure to send your favorites.
Step 3: Spread The Word!
Let your friends & family know that your magazine will be out soon!
Please secure any magazine you want in advance.
Quantities will be limited after the magazine orders are closed.

20+ at $10 each magazine
50+ at $10 each & comes with a framed magazine!
Frame Only / $250 + comes with 2 magazines.
