Step 1: Release form
Please sign your release form. This just says that we have permissions to print your images.

Step 2: Submit Your Images
We need the following to design your page:
- 2 photos of you
- 5 tattoos
Please make sure to view the image submission guidelines before submitting your images.
We will only be using 2-3 images of tattoos on your page so please make sure to send your favorites.
Step 3: Spread The Word!
If selected, you will receive an email with where you can purchase your magazines to secure your spot!
You can order their copies in advance so that they can avoid paying retail after release!
From there you can tell your friends & family about the upcoming release and where they can buy them!
Magazine Pricing
10 at $15 each magazine
20+ at $10 each magazine
50+ at $10 each & comes with a framed magazine!
Frame Only / $250 + comes with 2 magazines.
How Selection Works:
We review every submission carefully and select our favorites for each issue. Please note, we can’t guarantee printed copies will be available later.
Each magazine is limited to 150 artists or until the submission deadline—whichever comes first.
If we select your work and don’t hear back from you, we won’t place an order for your magazines—just like how an artist wouldn’t start a tattoo without a deposit from the client who requested it.
That said, no worries if you need more time!
Your work won’t be lost—we’ll simply move it to the side until we hear back and give the current spot to someone who’s ready now, so they don’t miss the opportunity!
